When I got off work this morning I was super duper tired. Today is my 8th day of exercising, and when I got home, I was seriously debating on not going. Its going to be 106 today, and I was not looking forward to walking in the heat. And even though I'm just getting into exercising, and I know I don't have to everyday, I talked myself into it. And now I'm glad I did. I always feel better after I workout. So that's a plus.
I'm still struggling with getting all my calories in. I just forget to make something to take to work with me, or I just can't find time. So when I get there the only options I have is our snack shop, and breakfast items. ( which I get soo tired of! lol ) So I end up just not eating till I get home, or just eating an apple or two. Im going to take a Lean Cuisine with me tonight, so I can have something besides candy and chips
Off work tomorrow! Thank god for weekends!
