I finally got myself the courage to climb back on the old scale to see just were I’m currently at. Was pleasantly surprised to see a loss rather than a gain. I’ve been bad about documenting my food these last few weeks. My partner of 26 years has been diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and it has turned our world upside down! My nerves are shot and I’m trying to do things around the house I’ve not done in ages. Guess overall it’s been good for me as I seem to have lost a few more pounds.
