Weekend was NOT a good food weekend….and I just can't bring myself to weigh myself for my usual weigh in today. It would be my first gain since I started this journey…and not sure I'm ready to see that snag happen just yet. Soooo, instead, I'm going to hold off, and eat healthy. The downfall? Friday I was tired and de-stressing from the huge meeting, we went out for Thai…and I had Shrimp Pad Thai, Crab Rangoon (3) and a Shirley temple…yup…was sweet as all heck! Hahaha Saturday, I was good….but then I had TWO bridal luncheons to go to. I did pretty well at the first one, but then when I got to the second one, I had the lemon blueberry cake…and then it went down hill from there! I got home, waited for hubby to get done with golf….before I knew it, it was 9 at night, and we were picking up a shrimp in cream sauce pizza from Bertucci's!

Oh well….today is a new day, I'm sure it will take the week to undo the damage I have done…plus I have NO idea when Aunt Flo is coming…but it has to be soon!

Now we can both get back on the wagon! Shrimp in cream sauce pizza sounds delish....but starting tomorrow for me...I'm back in control. Leftover brie is toooooo tempting. And I never used to like it! Mom#2

A weekend once in a while, is to be expected... you'll be fine if you drink your water good today and tomorrow and eat well. Before you know it, you'll be down again!:)

Weighing in may surprise you. I know it is tough, but it is still good to get on the scale and face it...trust me girl, I am in the same boat! Just know that a snag just makes you human. Sure...you were super woman on your weight loss chart for a while, but since your body is already in that weight loss mode, it may surprise you and give you a loss anyway! :) Then again it may not, but either way, don't worry about one bad weekend. Just pick up and move forward! That extra pound (if you even gained it) or so will come off pretty quickly if you just get right back on track!

I know how you feel, It's hard to see a gain. We've all been there. Just pick up the pieces and move on girl. You're doing great!
