So after having a stomach bug which was awful but great for some weight loss! 😂 I went down to 120,1 and now that I’m eating properly again I’m back up to 121,4 😪😪 was so disheartening seeing that number on the scale. So I decided to have a bit of a cheat day and I had McDonald’s 🤦🏼‍♀️ I never realised that McDonald’s was SO much calories. I knew it was a lot but one meal equal to 1000 calories 😱 I feel so guilty now and need a bit of motivation to get me back on track 😪

you can do it!! ive also been sick for more than a week now and its been really difficult to stick with healthy eating🤦‍♀️ just remember why you started and how amazing you will feel once you achieve your goal

No need to feel guilty. If you can change the way you look at these things you can take this as an opportunity - so you've now learned how many calories are in a mcdonalds meal so you can either decide to choose something smaller next time you go or have the meal you want, but eat less calorie dense meals for the rest of the day. You can also calorie cycle so that you eat fewer calories on some days to allow for more on days you want to eat out or have a treat because yolo! Look at your week as a whole and aim for a daily average that's still a deficit and it's all good! Glad you're feeling better though and good luck!

Awwh thank you both 😃 I’m definitely on the path again to eating better 😃 I even did some laps just to burn some extra calories 🤣 and I’m not an exercise person
