I've been busy busy busy. Don't think my food's been too bad but it's Tuesday and i've not had a workout since Thursday so tomorrow I'm gonna work my butt off and the next day and Friday and fingers crossed Saturday, I just need to make sure that I put my exercise before anything else for the rest of this week. When I started this, my aim was to work out a minimum of 3 times a week so I'm feeling really lazy not having started yet this week. Soooooo here's to tomorrow
