sedang mencoba menurunkan berat badan dengan diet rendah kalori, dan plank juga melakukan angkat dumble setiap malam. seminggu 5-6 kali. dengan intensitas 45-60 menit.
tujuannya armpit agar hilang, lengan bergelambir hilang, massa lemak menurun, bokong terbentuk, betis dan paha mengecil.
