Day 5
Turned down white chocloate and soda last night! Did my yoga insted! It might not sound like much, but for me it's a personal victory!
My cooking has done a 180, and no one at home even knows that I've switched up to lower calorie and low fat virsions of family faves!
The recipes on here are a God-send when you're trying to follow the 55/1800 plan!
