I'm clearly struggling with things and using food to compensate for the parts of my life that could be more exciting. On the plus side of things, I've only gained two pounds since early December and I guess that it could have been a lot worse with the holidays and what is my usual "winter weight gain" along with the fact that I am regularly working out and see an improvement in my strength and muscle tone. I'm trying to watch my portion control more and staying positive and believing in my ability to overcome this bump in the road. I'm not giving up!
