Very good day. 500 cal. walk in the morning plus 20 minutes of weights triceps. then in the evening i did 1200 cal. walk for a all day total of 5.25 miles. i also did 1 hr. of chest and biceps. only 2 meals and a couple of snacks. i'm about to do 100 sit ups before bed. good night.
