I don't even have the SBD book, I just know some of what you are allowed and not allowed to eat and I have been avoiding what you are not allowed to. I also added a hoodia spray in order to keep my hunger to the least that I can. I want more than anything to do it this time. I am tried of felling ugly and getting all depressed over my weight! It is now or never!

A small, inexpensive ($7.95), and very good guide to SBD is: "The South Beach Diet: Good Carbs, Good Fats Guide" by the same author as the original. It tells you what is allowed on which phase in a very clear manner (much better than the original book which is a bit disorganized IMHO). Good luck!

This is the best place to be for info and motivation! But I do agree that you should by the book. I pick mine up whenever I have a question. It's usually sitting in our bathroom magazine holder! (Hey, where else do people read??!!)My husband and children even pick it up and read it! good luck!!!
