Last week was my third week in a row that I kept to 1680 average daily calories so I'm quite happy with that. Seems to be yielding results as I hit 65.6kg on the scale on Saturday morning and this morning it's 65.8kg. I'm hoping to be at 65.5kg for Friday morning's weigh-in. Did an extra 30-minute workout on Saturday and started my week right with 40 minutes this morning. Hoping to keep it up. I'm feeling energised and fit and want to make the most of these warmer temperatures - winter had me climbing deeper under the covers far too much! Here's to a good week to all!
