I gave blood today, I almost couldn't because my blood pressure was pretty low. It was 84/57 the first time, and 96/62 the second time. I left a message with my doctor in case she wants to lower my blood pressure medication or eliminate it. She had wanted to wait until the Elimination Diet was complete, but that may change. It is interesting that it has dropped after only five days on this diet.
