Today was an "S" day for me and as you can tell by the calorie intake I ate more calories than I was supposed to, but on a good note not one coke :) I weighed myself today but I think that scale was off and will try to get an accurate weigh in by Monday. Now that I have fatsecret on my bb it has helped me a lot with the daily food log I just wish there was a way to just scan the barcode, or is there?

Well, then I think you did okay. When I first got off of soda I was cranky and ate more then I should have, but after "several" days I was back to normal lol ;)
