I am pregnant once again and happy about it. After my last pregnancy I was able to get down to 73kg but 3 years later I find myself back at the weight I don't want to be. I am not really trying to lose weight this pregnancy but also do not want to gain anymore and make it difficult to get back down. Well, here goes nothing....

So haven't really started losing yet but am loving the bb app for tracking my food because without it I am sure I wouldn't track anything. My love for bread keeps making it hard to stay below 2000cals a day. Well I know I am eating better and if I can just get more exercise in I will be set.

I am really trying to stick to a healthy diet but it is sooo hard when my dh is not on the same path. he tries to encourage me but it's not really working when he buys fast food for lunch and cokes to drink but I am pushing thru. I knew my calorie intake was gonna be outrageous so I have put it in myself that I have to do baby steps and have just started with the coke thing and it is going well, so gotta be positive. Now just to control my appetite. I do like this No "s" diet because it is allowing me to eat what I want only at specific times and keeps me from sweets. Well another day gone, another coke for water day, a little closer to a healthy me :)

Today was an "S" day for me and as you can tell by the calorie intake I ate more calories than I was supposed to, but on a good note not one coke :) I weighed myself today but I think that scale was off and will try to get an accurate weigh in by Monday. Now that I have fatsecret on my bb it has helped me a lot with the daily food log I just wish there was a way to just scan the barcode, or is there?

This trading coke for water is proving difficult, especially since my husband has not stopped drinking so it is in the house. I failed today with the biscuits but I just could not help myself. We brought them for the kids and then they sat there calling to me on the shelf and I gave in, had a low moment and don't want to repeat it. SO, I'm asking my hubby right now to drink the last can of coke before he sets off to work so I don't have another breakdown :)
