Okay.. Made a HUGE pot of zero point weight watchers veggie soup and had 2 bowls today. Put the rest in the fridge in single serving containers so I won't be tempted to "graze" instead of fix something healthy. 3 glasses of water instead of dr pepper, and a small sundae instead of a bowl of ice cream. Hope I can keep it up!
