Time to get back on the wagon. I’d like to be under 200 by the end of the year. Back to 20:4 IF and taking the stairs. And arm exercises. Time to get rid of the bingo wings!!!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
