finally after several weeks of trying to follow yoga poses on a dvd I made it through part of one of the mini sessions called energizing. I had watched it this am while walking on my gazelle and thought I could follow it. I was amazed how good it felt. I did fairly well but didn't make it through the entire session. I actually was dizzy from the increased air flow into my body--I have asthma so breathing isn't always my best thing. Will push myself to continue learning and doing.
