I just wanted to say that I love being able to record my food on FS!! I had just started using this feature this past week because I was getting off track not journaling my food. I must say have done 100% better since I have started using this feature. Anyone who has not tried this should really check it out!! I am so grateful for it!!! Yeah!!!

Just couldn't let that go by without saying it!

Diet Calendar Entries for 03 July 2008:

I tried the food journal when I first started and found it to be too tedious. Has it gotten better since then? Good to hear you are benefitting from it, though!
