Today is day 1 of a month long "elimimnation diet".
No beef, pork, eggs, dairy, mustard, caffiene, and other miscellaneous things.
No eating out, making all my own food.
Going to be a long month.

Peeps and tautu, Yes, eliminate all, and after 21 days, add one type back every other day to see what i react to. Fritzy, I've been on keto for 10 months, which basically eliminates most common inflammatory foods. Im much better than i used to be, but still not where i need to be, hence the 21 day torture diet. Actually, eating really well, just not what i'm used to, and i eat like i want to, i will be eating way too much protein given my protiens are lower fat than i'm used to.
