So today is day#3 at the gym and it felt so good today I actually didn't want to leave. I was there for 2 hours and feel so motovated and on track hopefully it will continue, I am working out with a friend who has lost 104 lbs so she really helps. I was wondering if the urge to stop stepping on the scale everyday will ever go away..? is it me? or does everyone feel like that? I keep telling myself it's the way my clothes fit that really matter but i'm not sure...it must be a mental thing.

Congrats on the great gym day! I'm the same way with the scale - it must be that the numbers are such a precise measurement, you can see your progress better.
