I'm working out and i'm trying to watch my portion size. I know i should stop having 1/4 cup ice cream or those few jelly beans but i feel like i'm doing better than i did before i tried to watch what i ate and going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I know it's all about patience but the scale is going up not down after 3 weeks.
