Wow I can’t believe I dropped almost 6 lbs since the 17th just by skipping my nightly binge and 2 o’clock am sandwich . Feeling better running too so gonna keep this going for now 🙂
162.8 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week
