Weigh in last night ROCKED! Down 6lbs. I have drastically changed my eating habits so I wasn't shocked but very happy. Focus this week is to stay within my points, drink my water and start to use the gym membership I bought the other day! Thanksgiving is this weekend (Canada) so that was the basis of the meeting last night. Plan of attack for the weekend is portion size!

Oh, and I am still looking for the darn scale! Bugger ;)

good luck with this weekend. 6 lbs is really really great! Keep up the great work. Don't overdo it with your gym membership you don't want to be sore and quit!

I was basically eating very poorly, late night snacks etc. Since I have done an overhaul ... now I eat 3 meals a day and have morning and afternoon snack to boost my metabolism. I am feeling full which is important for me. If I am hungry is when I get myself in trouble! Thanks Jennylynnne about the gym reminder. I am writing up a plan of attack today involving cardio, reps and yoga class. Gonna start very low impact and work my way up from there.

Ooh, that's fantastic - bet you were jumping around going YIPPEE! Good luck with the weekend and hope you have a lovely time... they can be a bit of a challenge sometimes can't they! Like you though I have also drastically changed my eating habits and have been doing the same as you with the 3 meals and a healthy snack morning and afternoon. I just seem to be eating so much more though... I really could get quite used to all this food!! :o)
