I had to blink a couple times when I looked at the scale this morning.
I skipped dinner last night.
Between sweating most of the day refurbing my deck in the 90+ temp and all of the water I drank yesterday, I didn't have an appetite.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Steroids are bad news in more ways than one in my situation. I lost count after15-20 spinal stetiod injections (where they go in one location and travel to a specific spot) from 2011-15. They never worked more than a few days. My sciatic nerve wouldn't let me sleep but a few hrs at a time.. A stimulator implant last Dec was the best thing that ever happened to my. Sciatica. It has basically given me part of my life back. I really like FS too. There is a Keto for beginners on fb. It is full of trollers instigating almost everyone on there. This is completely different. It gives me accounability by logging my meals and keeping track of Mac's n calories. At first I th out to myself, this isn't a Keto program. Now I really like seeing other ppl doing things more independently. You are young and strong and it is your duty to take care of yourself first most. If you didn't, then what would happen to your family.. Life is always full of problems. Just make sure to make time for the most important things in life and everything else seems to work out or at least become manageable. Children grow up in a blink and they move on. Always keep a place for e enjoyable memories. And someday you will reflect on them. Than a for being my friend and you are most welcome to me, anytime . they also start deteriate

Thanks Ketobruce💕😊 many of us can’t tolerate them mood wise, weight wise, totally raising the blood sugars😩 my success is staying mostly LCHF and and other things😊😊 like keto, Mediterranean, and just having a dinner. I’m glad we found each other friend ❤️😊
