Although there's not much of a difference between this week and last, I'm still thoroughly pleased. Not only did I not pack it on over vacation (and that wine and delicious Finnegan Fries at the Banshee last night!), but I've actually made a little headway.
I'm only one pound away from a signifigant milestone!
Vacation certainly messed with my schedule, though. I managed to jump back into the Wii saddle yesterday, but I'm still having trouble waking up early to do the recumbent bike, which hasn't been a problem for months. Tonight, I'll make it a point to get to bed extra early and see if that makes a difference. I hope so!
