177.2 this morning. Grrr.

And I nibbled so many things (all legal) the potluck last night that I really have no idea exactly what I ate. I made some fried eggplant and steamed cauliflower for my contribution though, so that was mostly it. And cheese. Little slivers of 5-6 kinds of cheeses, so I put an oz of brie to stand in for the creamy ones and an oz of mozzarella.

My FS diet calender never really looks quite right because I tend to put things at whatever meal I ate them before regardless of when I actually ate them because of FS remembering things by meal. My perfectionist nature is driven crazy by this but I'm doing it again for ease of use.

Well dam, that's not good news at all. Hang in there, there will be better days ahead when your doing he happy dance. Come to think of it, try doing it anyway, it'll burn some calories! I've got your back so just keep going....

I like having you as a buddy too. Some people are here just to play games, they aren't serious about finding the healthier self where as you are, that's what I need in a buddy. We can do this fight together and both come out the other side far better for it, I know we can. Let's keep traveling this road, together.
