It is day 4 of induction and I feel really good about this week. I am so happy that I found this site. Was previously using MyFitnessPal but I like this one much better. I've been following Atkins 100% as far as staying within my carb limit and eating my fats. Not been able to get my leafy greens in though. I'm about to make my shopping list for the week so I will have some Sunday.
Started the Slim in 6 program today. My legs feel really shaky and weak. That's a good thing. Can't wait to see my results in 6 weeks. I'm sure that will be great! I'm really really motivated and dedicating myself to this. I think I will rotate Slim in 6 with the elliptical. Mainly because I can tell that it works different muscle groups as far as my thighs go. With Slim in 6 my legs feel shaky and weak, but with the elliptical there is just a deep muscle ache. :)
