Don't you LOVE it when your jeans feel good?! When they're comfortable no matter how you sit? When they (gasp) look pretty good? Anyway, I had one of those days yesterday...felt a little ... saucy :) (Wayne's World reference) Day 6 of Insanity. I think I screwed up a couple of the workouts, but back on track now. I did an abs only one when I was supposed to do Pure Cardio, etc. Today I did Pure Cardio. I don't think I did quite as well as the first time, but hard to tell. I just have to make sure I double check the workout calendar. Still feeling strong. Loving my new muscles...how into myself do I sound??? It's just nice to be able to look at yourself and NOT hear all the typical negative dialog going on in my head. I mean, if look at myself longer, the laundry list starts all over! lol... Takng a short break, will go do Slim in 6 workout next...

Thanks, macaroon! I was so afraid of coming off all full of myself when it's just nice to kind of like what you see in the mirror sometime. :) I have worked very hard for this so far, so I guess I feel I can appreciate how far I've come. ----------------------And datadoll...LOL! I'm telling you...new undies in a smaller size is a HUGE improvement! That's more of an indicator that you're losing serious inches when your underwear fall off! Thanks, both of you :)

Hey D! Sooo glad to hear such a positive spirit in your journals! I know you are just rockin' and rollin' those pounds right off! That's so awesome. I know I've missed out on a lot, but it's still so inspiring to hear how good you're doing!! I know it's selfish of me to ask but - how are other things in your life? I should just read your journals. I'm going to try to set aside some time today to journal, read up, catch up. I'm trying to get back on track but honestly, my scale isn't being nice. I'm up 1/2 a pound, for 2 days now. I can't shake it, and I don't know what to do. My mom told me that her WW coach told them that once people get into their goal range (WHICH I SEE YOU'RE LIKE ALMOST AT YOUR GOAL ALREADY! WOOT WOOT! But I digress...) that they start stressing out more about not seeing the weight come off, and that builds up cortisol, which makes you retain water/food/weight in general... Maybe that's what it is. I dunno anymore. I felt like I was doing so good and it's been like 2 months and I've flat-lined. Bleh. DOA.

Feeling "saucy" is definitely a good sign, the subtitles to that might be "I feel alive." I believe it was Charles Atlas who stressed that we should look at ourselves often, visualizing the body we want and then turning the vision into a reality. Have a good evening buddy!

SQ - I commented on your journal already, but I think the cortisol theory is a really good one. Stress wreaks havoc on the body and Lord knows, you've had more than your share of stress over the last couple of months! ----------------------------------Info - I feel alive. I like that! Good point and along the lines of something I just wrote on a buddy's journal...you have to visualize something if you want to achieve it. Thanks, and I hope you have a nice evening, too.

YOU totally deserve to love your Jean- joy!!! You worked hard for THAT!!!! it's very odd when you find yourself suddenly being okay to pass mirrors.....or even doing s double take! BUT it is ALL well deserved!!!! YEAH for you!!! You all made comment on the visulizing thing.....I am a WAY strong believer in that too!!! I also stronger believe WHAT you focus on GROWS. People who are always complaining and finding negative......continue to find negative...and more to complain..,,,it's a SAD cycle..... On the FLIP side....the positive people?!?! Happy people?!?! Always find more positive and happiness! :) I was curious if any of you ever saw the DVD called The Secret?!?!?! VERY interesting. Oprah had a show on it! I would highly recommend it!!! Back to the point........LOVE your jeans!!!! :)
