I had a banana for breakfast with a cup of cranberry juice. I'm having a carrot for one snack and a trailmix bar for another snack. For lunch I'm having a chicken salad. And for dinner, I'm having red salmon (grilled), with veggies and half cup of rice. I'll be going to ride my bike for 30 minutes and then speed walk on the treadmill for 25 minutes later on tonight. I plan for today to be a great success! Now here I go!
