So this week wasn't such a great one with food. Celebraions and stress always get me. I start off great and peter out as the day rolls on. Blah.
I am workign really hard to fidn an office I can afford to work, but nothing seems to be available and I am leary of working with PTs. I know the right thins will come along, just I hope it is soon rather than later.
Emotion of the day: frustrated and anxious
Goal: Eat with purpose and presently, DO NOT SCARF IT DOWN.
