Whoopsie!!! I had a very stressful week: 20 extra hours at work and I self medicated with food. Started a fast on Saturday. Feeling good so far and went past my fasting window of 36 hours because I don’t feel hungry or sick yet. I’ll see how I feel at dinner, but I may try to go as far as I can as long as I feel ok. A nice chicken salad is waiting for me. 😀
