My scale is broken...so I don't know where I am, weight-wise, right now. I'd guess that I'm around 163, maybe 165.

Didn't work out very much last week. I slipped in the bathtub and banged my right shin up pretty good.

Planning to start working out again this week, and will be adding the First Day to 5K running program next week. Plus, I'll have a lot more free time, so on the days I don't run I plan to be on my bike. Weather permitting, of course.

Hope to have a new scale next week...
