Yeah, this whole week has been a bust. I'm not giving up though. I have been noticing i get my veggies in ( almost 2 cups at least in 2 meals...).. but I snack on crap in between them. It's like ever since I decided to better myself with this adventure I'm calling South Beach.... there are temptations everywhere and I've noticed this week I have not said "No!" to any of them. My lovely mother bought these 2 HUGE bags of candy..because she had a hankering (mind you, she's hypoglycemic.. so ALL of this crap she buys isn't that great for anyone, no matter how good it tastes).
I'm just sick of being tried! I just want to focus on my diet, my son, and my life. I just want to be able to do these things without being tempted by something I know tastes good, but will make me gain like 5 pounds just looking at it.
So, today.. I had like 6 mini reeses cups.. 2 mini hershey's bars, and 1 twizzler fun thing.. I finished my son's ramen noodles.. before I had the Good Sheperd pie thing in the book..and a salad.. I had cereal for breakfast!!! SOMEONE SLAP ME PLEASE!!!
