I feel so gross! I don't know where my motivation went. I haven't worked out all week, and I seriously can't even fathom how many calories I probably ate from Saturday night until last night. I grazed all day at work yesterday, and not even on little things, like 10 munchkins, and cookies, and bread and pasta sauce, and granola, and, and, and. I need to lose 10 lbs before May 1, and I'm not going to get there if I don't get my act together!
