Yeah Chris I just can’t do it. That fear of seeing the scale jump up and stretching the stomach back out. BUT it would be awesome if us ladies could eat like you mean just one day a month! (And not gain!) princess, when I ‘binge’ it’s usually about 2500 kcal. I’ve found going super low only makes me feel sick and weak but doesn’t seem to help the scale much. Glad you’ve found a system that works for you!

I'll just binge for you everyday. 2500 is lower than my cutting calories. Oops, I'll see myself out.

Peeper if 2500 calories is what you consider a binge... I think I do that every 5-6 days. Just eating to me. I've gotten very used to the scale and don't mind the ups and downs anymore. I❤️ my scale!

I’ve had about 2k every weekend here lately :/. *gives D the stink eye* Hubby’s calories are around 2100 when he’s not hungry or I make low calorie meals. It’s around 2800 on high days with an average of 2400 I believe. I’d love that range lol. Back to 1200 for me soon.
