Debinator's Journal, 31 July 2010

Very good day all in all. I did very well at the board breaking- managed to break some bricks as well. Should have stopped after the 3rd brick- when I went back and tried to do a 4th one I hit it wrong and hurt my wrist- sure hope it doesn't hurt in the morning so I can do my weight workout. I think i just bruised it, no major damage but it is a little tender. If it's not better in the morning will go to doc in a box tomorrow. After karate we went to a friends retirement party, I managed to stay away from the alcoholic calories but there was a shrimp pasta salad that was devine!! I'm trying to figure out the calories on that one. I think I did pretty well though, since i didn't eat that much.

mmm Shrimp pasta salad sounds YUMMY!! Like you said, you didn't eat much AND PLENTY of exercise today. I'm planning a trip to Cali in Aug...hoping to do some boarding myself. Sorry about the injury - hope it's not too severe. Overall, Good job today!!!

Wrist is much better today, only slightly bruised and little or no swelling-I was a little alarmed last night- a cracked wrist would be all I need right now with impending blackebelt test monday and dive vacation starting next weekend. still trying to figure calories from yesterday.
