Ok, the light just went off and I'm realizing that until I MOVE my body and watch what I eat, I will continue to maintain this weight. As I hit my 40's, losing weight as become very difficult, so I have to think of some other ways to do this.

I found this site on my Smartphone, and love that I can use it on the phone or through my computer. Love the barcode scan on my phone!

Here's to turning a new leaf....in more ways than one!
