We actually ate at Casa Ole (Similiar to On the Border) but when I asked for nutritional information I was just stared at. So I came home ot do some research for it online and the websites states that since they make everything with fresh ingredients and to order by what the customer wants they could not provide any nutritional information. So I took basically what I ate there and matched it to the On the Border menu and doubled the portions to match mine...pretty much overestimated the dinner but would rather do that than underestimate.
