I just realized I'm getting a little sloppy about recording what I eat in the evening, so I need to work on that. I've already gotten in a good 30 minutes of walking, but I'm hoping to spend a little time on the treadclimber tonight. Or at least do some situps & leg lifts while watching TV, LOL! Last night I was able to run on my treadmill, but I put on a knee brace & now the back of my thigh hurts a bit. I think it was caused by the velcro scraping the skin, ouch! Today I'm feeling thinner even if the scale doesn't show it, so I'll go with that!
