So, I got up this morning again by myself to go to the gym. My husband and son is not keeping up with me. But, I guess that's ok. I did heavy weights again and no cardio yet. I don't want to lose any muscle so maybe I will up my jumping rope time. My husband told me to lay off the peanuts for a while to see if I can lose more without them. I tend to go a little overboard when it comes to them. I will stop for a couple of days to see if I get a difference on the scale. He had to take them to work so I wont eat them at all. I love cashews too! I have less than 3 months and it kind of put me in a panic. I need to lose as much as possible without staving my muscles.
