Ugggghhhhh.... I'm a little frustrated. Yesterday, I weighed in the morning and had gained 1 lb. I could tell I had gained even before I got on the scale because I felt bloated. Today, still feeling bloated. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I want to get rid of this 1lb. Come on scale, please be nice to me...
My Ogre (DH) and I visited family in the San Fran Bay area today. Beautiful weather with sunny skies. And, we had a really nice visit. After getting back to our hometown I decided to buy an outfit that is one size smaller than I am currently. I needed something to inspire me to spend more time exercising.

Retaining here too. I could feel it when I woke up because my fingers were "fuller" and a little stiff. I need to push the water badly today to flush it out. My scales were up too.....

Bren, Thx! I just have it in my head that I am not going to be successful at WW because of the carbs, that I am not even getting all of the calories I should, then I feel hungry. I guess I should either sign up for meetings, or sign up online to give myself some confidence. Several years ago, I was able to lose on WW like I should. Now, it is coming off slow as molasses...

BeckyBaby, Don't you just hate these 'Bloating Days'. I sure do. I wonder if it is the 'Phantom TOM' for me. I guess I should start tracking those so I don't get discouraged when I have a little gain. Thanks for stopping by. :)
