You can do it! Be proactive! Find out what you can about nutrition and fitness. You can google different weight loss plans or make up your own by eating a certain amount of calories per day. You might start with 1400 a day and see what happens. If you don't lose reduce it a bit, but try not to go under 1000 a day to get the nutrition you need. Take a multivitamin. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Google "power foods" because they can help you lose and keep you energized. Get active! Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Try a new exercise class. Get some workout dvds and make a small gym at home (you can even get them from library). You can get a mat and some light hand weights. Good luck!
