Today, I tried to start the P90X restart challenge. It was so incredibly difficult that I realized I had to stop after about 23 minutes so I wouldn't collapse. Granted, it was the plyometrics and my hammies are definitely NOT the strongest part on my body, but still, it felt good to do a bit of cardio - something that I absolutely hate. Each day it gets better... right?
