Today I had a depression binge. I'm not even going to record the amount of food that I've eaten because, well, it's disgusting and probably triple my calorie limit. The sad thing is I totally lost the motivation. I want the tummy fat to go away though but I just do not want to work for it. I lack the drive. I'll keep recording though, maybe something will inspire me.

My friends coerced me into eating Domino's. I lost $8 and gained 2 lbs. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

Today, I tried to start the P90X restart challenge. It was so incredibly difficult that I realized I had to stop after about 23 minutes so I wouldn't collapse. Granted, it was the plyometrics and my hammies are definitely NOT the strongest part on my body, but still, it felt good to do a bit of cardio - something that I absolutely hate. Each day it gets better... right?
