I absolutely bombed my diet yesterday. And man did I feel it later. I ate as clean and as healthy as I possibly could for 2 weeks and then ate like a pig at my son's birthday party last night. I didnt eat well for lunch to begin with when I had pasta salad. Really no good nutritional value in that version. Then topped the night off with ice cream and 4 slices of greasy pepperoni pizza. By the end of the night I felt soooo off. I never got sick or anything. I just felt incredibly sluggish and in an absolutely "blah" mood. I ended up sleeping through all of my alarms this morning and made it in to work 20 minutes late. It is absolutely amazing the kind of power that food can hold on a person.
