Just got back from a 2 week holiday in France and i've managed to not put any weight on, which personally i was surprised about really. so its back to it with a passion now.
get weighed on monday evening at Slimming World, so hoping to lose 1lb at least.
I just keep thinking if 10lbs in 5 months is enough or whether i am thinking about it all wrong. i have it in my head that i should be losing at least 1lb a week, so that should mean that i should have lost 24lbs so far!
that just makes me think i'm failing, i know i'm not but i'm fed up of being a big girl!

anyway rant over!

Hey good job! I could never go on vacation in Europe and not put ANY weight on! You should feel great doing so! I sometimes think 1 lb a week is hard...to hard! I have it in my head too and if I look at the #'s it should be happening...but it's not. You are doing great- keepit up! :)
