I'm switching my weigh-in days to Thursdays until my birthday so that I'm not all over the calendar.
Glad to have dropped some of the water weight, at least.
I'll admit, I do have a lot of anxiety about my eating habits over vacation the next few days, since I can't expect to have very much control over my options. Nonetheless, I'm resolved to do the best I can and not create a huge setback for myself.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pidge, when I went to residency for a week, I expected disaster. But when I weighed myself when I got home, I didn’t really gain much at all. Maybe like 2 lbs. I probably lost some muscle sure. Point is though, that is was by no means a disaster. And that was a after TEN days of drinking and eating shitty cafeteria food…. Mostly drinking… and not getting much exercise other than walking to classes…. and to the bar. haha This is just four days and you’re going to be swimming and stuff. It will be fine! :)
