I feel like i've been at a stand still. So I've been eating a little un healthy this week, nothing crazy, to see if I can't get it going the other way again. Besides it is nice to eat the things you want to sometimes. I've been good. I deserve real pizza and a burger :)

LOL! I have heard from several people that when they were at a plateu, they did consume larger amounts of calories to get the ball rolling again and it worked!
