I eat better when I bring a lunch. The food upstairs is just not good for me, and I'm so tempted to go over board. Like today. Panda Express, I didn't do too bad. But I still have dinner to eat. I think I feel guitly mostly about not doing my walking. Tonight we're gonig out to eat and it takes me so long to get home from work, I parked in the garage thinking I'll save myself 15 minutes not having to walk to my car, however I'm shorting myself on exercise. And once I get home, I just don't feel like it.
This is my biggest problem. Motivation to work out. Eating light is easy, especially if I bring a lunch and when its gone, its gone. It's getting up and moving that is my problem. There is a barrier here I need to break.
