Guys is it possible to lose 15 pound in 2,5 months? And how try lose fat and not muscles

Yes, you'll need to be disciplined. Pick your plan and stick with it. Eat about 500 kcal a day fewer than your RDI and stay active. Your exercise will keep you from losing muscle. Eat plenty of protein; that will also keep you from losing muscle.

Erika Hollister, that would be a great start for Katie. If you eat at a late time let's say you snack at 11pm, snack smaller at 9pm. Eventually have a healthy snack after dinner sometimes as needed. Quit drinking soda and eating fast food as well. The best way to lose weight is buying food and cooking it for yourself. Drinking water is fat free also. This will slowly start building on your good, healthy habits and give you healthy goals to live by forever. Its a lifechange. a commitment to love yourself better and slowly learn more about your health and grow into the healthy person you were when you were younger. That was alot, sorry! This is what I did and I quit smoking and weened off meds with supervision from the doc. I feel so much younger, I look so much younger. You can do it too Katie!!!
